About this event

As volunteer directors, managers, or coordinators, we may have opportunities for success and failure daily. Everyone can learn from success, right? But, just imagine taking the opportunities to learn from failure, too? Join us to exchange ideas and share experiences about turning your thinking upside down and see the benefits of taking chances. We will also leave time for discussion, problem-solving and networking.

Volunteer Fairfax serves the Fairfax County/Northern Virginia community. We mobilize people and resources to meet regional community needs. We achieve our mission through a variety of programs, special events, and services. Through these activities, Volunteer Fairfax strengthens the capacity of local nonprofits, connects for-profit resources to community need, matches volunteers to meaningful service, supports government programs, and hosts family-friendly volunteer opportunities. We are proud to be a source of volunteer management education.
